Police said in a statement they were called over reports of an 'aggressive man who could be under the effects of drugs and alcohol'.
In audio from the Buenos Aires security ministry obtained by Reuters, a hotel worker can be heard telling police when the man 'is conscious he is destroying the room' and that staff feared for the guest's own life, needing authorities to 'send someone' to help.
