Scout Willis has spoken out about the cryptic social media post her sister shared about their mom's ex, Ashton Kutcher.
Demi Moore has had a handful of high-profile relationships over the past four decades, from Freddy Moore in 1981 to her longest marriage to Bruce Willis between 1987 to 2000.
She shares three children with the actor, Rumer Willis, Tallulah Willis, and Scout LaRue Willis, before going on to have another lengthy relationship with the Iowa actor, Kutcher, from 2005 to 2013.

But Moore's second-eldest child, Tallulah, appeared to make a cryptic comment on social media that fans say could only be Kutcher that she was referring to.

The whole thing began when Gwyneth Paltrow posted an Instagram video to share her latest podcast topic about 'reflecting on the messy, beautiful, and often surprising realities of stepparenting.'
She added: “We talk about the missteps, the rituals, and the truths that helped us build a blended family that feels uniquely, imperfectly ours. It’s layered, evolving, and deeply human.”

In response, Tallulah commented: “I have a lot to say on this! Especially how to move through an ex-step parent.”
When a fan went on to ask her if she was referring to Kutcher, the actress replied: “This maybe should have been a private message lol but yes I have personal experience with this.”
She also shared that ‘it’s an important conversation tbh’ and that 'no one needs to be bad guy for a situation to be healed. There’s room for everyone'.

The comment made headlines and now, her sister, Scout, has addressed the matter while attending the premier of The Carters.
The 33-year-old said she was unaware of the situation but agreed that no one needed to be the 'bad guy.'
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she said: "No, and I don't think so, that's not the way I hold it, my mom holds it. My family, I think since my parents divorced when I was young, and it's always been handled with absolute grace and love and I think that really is the way forward for everything, it's just like putting the children first and just handling everything with a lot of mutual respect."
Scout also touched upon the relationship with her father who, since his aphasia and dementia diagnosis, is being taken care of by the family.

When asked what it meant seeing her dad happy, she replied: "It means everything."
"I think we all get so much from the connections we have with our parents as we get older and seeing them as people enjoying their lives," she added.

It also wasn't the first time Tallulah spoke out about her former stepfather, as she recalled the dating stage in 2023 when on Stars On Mars.

She said: “It was like 2003, my mom had just started dating Ashton.
“It was that moment, a lot going on and I really went inside of myself, and that did send me into like a total dumpster fire. It was really hard and I'm still unpacking.
“However, I found the other side of that, which is like I really love myself now and I love my family.”
Meanwhile, in Demi's memoir Inside Out, she said she 'went into contortions to try to fit the mold of the woman he wanted his wife to be', referring to Kutcher, even saying in an interview she was 'addicted' to him during their relationship.
