Lil Nas X has hit back at Andrew Tate for citing him as an example of alleged 'insanity in the world'.
The former kickboxer, 35, mentioned Lil Nas X, 23, while defending himself to Piers Morgan and said that there are 'worse' people than him in the world while defending his views.
"I'm certainly not the worst influence out there," Tate asserted in a clip from Piers Morgan Uncensored. "You have Lil Nas twerking on the devil in music videos, which our children are digesting."

He then went on to list a number of other things he considers 'insanities in the world'.
"The point I'm trying to make is this: I'm not the devil. There's certainly worse people than me and they exist."
Tate, who was banned from all social media platforms for reasons that still aren't clear, went on to assert his core beliefs to Morgan, declaring that he believes in 'traditional masculinity' and 'protecting and providing for women'.
His words about Lil Nas X, however, did not go unnoticed by the rapper himself, who went on to retweet the above clip with the caption: "andrew tate please stop mentioning me! i am never gonna let u smash loser! [sic]"
The Lil Nas X response was met with curious comment from some fans, with one remarking: "Imagine being a grown man and blaming the world's problems on....a pop star [sic]." Although, by the same logic, it can be said that social media companies are somewhat blaming the world's problems on Tate, which is reportedly why he's been exiled from them.

"Andrew Tate and Piers Morgan whining in Oct. 2022 about Lil Nas giving Satan a lapdance is not something I had on my bingo card but here we are! [sic]" added a second.
Incidentally, the video Tate was alluding to is for Lil Nas's 2021 single 'Montero (Call Me By Your Name)', which contains a scene where he twerks on the devil.
Explaining the thinking behind the scene, as reported by NME, he said: "I spent my entire teenage years hating myself because of the shit y’all preached would happen to me because I was gay.
"So I hope you are mad, stay mad, feel the same anger you teach us to have towards ourselves.

"There is a mass shooting every week that our government does nothing to stop. Me sliding down a cgi pole isn't what's destroying society."
