Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have reached a custody agreement over their four-month-old son Roman.
The former couple welcomed their first child into the world earlier this summer, announcing they had had a boy called Roman.
According to reports, the pair began dating during the pandemic, and things quickly escalated, with the couple starting a family together.

At the time, a source close to the couple said: "Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic.
"She mostly dates very rich older men… She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well.
"She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money."
But in September, Alfallah filed for physical custody of baby Roman.

The 29-year-old filed a petition to determine parental relationship with The Godfather star in Los Angeles.
According to reports, these kinds of documents are often used by unmarried couples to establish child custody, visitation rights, and child support.
Outlets that have seen the filing report said that while Alfallah was wanting physical custody of their child, she had offered to give the actor 'reasonable visitation' rights.

She also requested that they share legal custody, which would have given Pacino a say in decisions about Roman's life, such as where he goes to school and medical treatment he may receive.
Alfallah, it states, was also requesting Pacino pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.
The filing also included a signed copy of a 'voluntary declaration of parentage', proving that Pacino is, in fact, their son's biological father.
You'd think the filing meant the couple had gone their separate ways, but a representative for Pacino told Entertainment Tonight last month that was definitely not the case.

Stan Rosenfield told the publication that the pair were 'together'.
"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman," he said. "They are together."
UNILAD has previously contacted the representative for Al Pacino for further comment.

Now, both Pacino and Alfallah have waived their rights to contest their parental relationships at trial.
In documents obtained by People and Page Six, which have seen the new filing, the couple have reached an agreement in regards to child custody and child support, while Pacino has offered to pay the legal fees.
The details have not been disclosed, but they've asked a judge to reach a judgement on the agreement.
