The journalist who claimed Blake Lively almost made her quit her job after a 'rude' interview, says a celebrity 'saved the day' after and helped her regain her confidence.
While promoting her latest film It Ends With Us, Lively has arguably been caught in a controversial storm with many fans online taking issue to how she's been acting in interviews.

Some believe that the actor is glossing over the fact that the film deals with domestic violence, and have taken offense to how she's handled the subject matter in interviews.
Moreover, a journalist has since come out with a 2016 interview of Lively that's gone viral online and has only fueled controversy further.
Posting it to her YouTube channel earlier this month, Norwegian journalist Kjersti Flaa titled the video: "The Blake Lively interview that made me want to quit my job."

In it, Flaa was interviewing Lively and Parker Posey for Woody Allen's 2016 film Café Society.
Many have seemed to take issue with Lively's behavior during the interview, criticizing comments she made about Flaa's body after the reporter congratulated Lively on her then pregnancy.
Since posting, Flaa has thanked people for messages of support she's received and has uploaded another video to her YouTube channel discussing the situation further.

"To be honest with you, it took me a while to actually get over it," Flaa said in the video. "It affected me for a while, it made me nervous when I was interviewing other people after that."
"I blamed myself for it for a long time because I felt like I did or said something wrong. So that's the reason why I waited so long [to post it]," she added.
Flaa then went on to reveal that a celebrity 'saved her day' after and helped her get back on her feet.
"I want to shout out Kristen Stewart, who was the person I interviewed after the horrific incident," she revealed.

"She was the most wonderful person to interview. She saved my day. I was terrified walking into that interview because I had just experienced what I had, so for her to just like treat me - she was so sweet," Flaa added. "I'm so happy I interviewed her afterwards."
The journalist proceeded to share that she has not heard back from Lively or her team after posting the video, and said she thinks it went viral because a lot of people could 'resonate' with her experience.
"A lot of people could resonate with this situation. I've been contacted by a lot of women," she said. "I feel like a lot of people have experienced something not exactly like this but similar to it, like that mean girl energy from someone or you felt left out or bullied.

"Most of the time this happens when we're younger, but as you can see from this video it does happen when you're grown-ups too."
