Blake Lively is currently facing a swarm of criticism for several reasons, and one of them is a resurfaced 2016 interview that quite a few people online are describing as rude.
The actress is currently in the midst of promoting her latest film It Ends With Us, based on Colleen Hoover's widely popular novel of the same name.
Behind-the-scenes drama regarding Lively and her relationship with the film's director Justin Baldoni has been largely circulating online for the past week.
Some fans have taken particular offense toward Lively's marketing of the film, believing that she's glossing over the fact that it deals with domestic violence.

In lieu of all the tabloid drama trailing behind It Ends With Us, Lively's past interviews have started to surface online again with fans nitpicking the actress' behavior.
One 2016 interview uploaded by Norwegian journalist Kjersti Flaa on her YouTube channel four days ago has gone particularly viral, with Flaa titling the video: "The Blake Lively interview that made me want to quit my job."
In the four-minute-long video, Flaa sits down with Lively and Parker Posey for an interview on the Woody Allen film Café Society. The movie came out in July 2016 so it was likely the interview took place around that time.

At the start of the video, Flaa congratulates Lively on what was then her newly announced pregnancy.
She says 'congrats on your little bump,' which Lively retorts back with 'congrats on your little bump' despite Flaa not being visibly pregnant.
One viewer flagged the moment, writing in the YouTube comments: "You congratulated her on her pregnancy and she called you fat??"

Flaa proceeds to ask the two actors on the costumes in the film, which is set in the 1930s, and says: "Did you guys love wearing those kind of clothes?"
As Parker begins to answer, Lively interrupts her and says: "Everyone wants to talk about the clothes, but I wonder if they would ask the men about the clothes?"
Despite Flaa replying saying that she would, Lively doesn't seem to acknowledge her response and goes on to discuss their male co-stars' costuming in the film with Posey for a good minute.

Viewers felt like the actress was purposefully excluding Flaa from the conversation for the whole time, with one user writing: "Oh wow, those girls were not even addressing the interviewer. Good for the interviewer for not getting sucked into their crass behavior."
In the YouTube video's description Flaa wrote: "Sitting down with Blake Lively and her co-star Parker Posey for Cafe Society (2016) is the most uncomfortable interview situation I have ever experienced.
"Is it not ok to congratulate someone on their pregnancy or to ask another woman about costumes she is wearing in a film?"

Viewers seemed to empathize with Flaa's situation with one writing: "Asking about wardrobe for a period piece movie is a normal question! I'm so sorry they treated you this way."
Another user wrote: "Getting offended by a question about clothes is so disrespectful to the costume designers, sewists and stylists who worked so hard to make those clothes. Ironically, she claims to love fashion."
