Brooke Mueller’s lawyers have released a statement following questioning about Matthew Perry’s death.
According to reports, Mueller - the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen - had been questioned by police over Perry's untimely death in October last year.
The Friends star was found unresponsive in his Los Angeles home on October 28, before later being pronounced dead at the age of 54.

When the LA County Medical Examiner’s Office determined Perry died of 'acute effects of ketamine' in an accidental death two months later, people wondered how it happened.
After listing 'drowning, coronary artery disease and the opioid buprenorphine' as contributors to his passing, the LAPD the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) began work to find out where exactly Perry got the drugs.
According to The Guardian, Perry was undergoing ketamine infusion therapy for anxiety and depression.

However, his last known infusion was a week and a half prior to his death, so the drugs wouldn’t have been in his system at the time of his death.
In a statement provided to press, the LAPD said: "Based on the medical examiner’s findings, the Los Angeles Police Department, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the United States Postal Inspection Service, has continued its investigation into the circumstances of Mr Perry’s death."
But it has recently been revealed by In Touch that fellow celebrity Brooke Mueller has been questioned 'multiple' times by cops.

The outlet shared: "She’s hired lawyers and has had multiple meetings with law enforcement since they arrived at her sober living house with a search warrant. She’s being tight-lipped about the situation.
"It’s tough to say or know exactly what her role is [in Perry’s death], but she’s adamant she had nothing to do with that."
Now, the attorney has also released a statement to the publications.
Attorney Gregory J. Pedrick told In Touch: “This extended family has worked hard to restore serenity to their ecosystem – to the great benefit of their children.

“I believe Ms. Mueller’s past choices may have put her in a position to provide some incidental, anecdotal background to the authorities investigating Mr. Perry’s death. Nothing more.”
An insider told In Touch that police searched a sober living facility where Mueller was staying in May, and seized her iPhone and laptop.

According to this source, Mueller and Perry became close while at rehab together.
The lawyer has represented Sheen for years and has dealt with Mueller via a custody battle in 2022 and 2023.
Mueller and Sheen were married from 2008 to 2011 and welcomed twin boys together, but broke it off after an alleged domestic violence incident at their home.
UNILAD previously reached out to Sheen's representatives and the LAPD for comment.
