Cameron Diaz offered up an x-rated explanation for how she's managed to maintain her youthful looks for so many years, and I think it's a tip a lot of people will want to try.
With Christmas just around the corner, lots of people will soon have Diaz taking over their screens for a re-watch of her now-iconic movie, The Holiday.
The film was released in 2006, but almost 20 years later, the actor looks just as good today as she did back then when she got wrapped up with Jude Law in an enviable little countryside escape.

The actor is now 51-years-old - though you'd struggle to guess it - and back in 2010, she shared why she thinks she still looks so young.
Diaz, who was in her 30s at the time, said in an interview with British Vogue that she did not 'want to look 25 again', but she did say she has a few tricks up her sleeve to try and slow the ageing process.
"The fountain of youth [for me], let's see…," she began, before launching into a list of fairly common tips.

"I guess it's exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter," she continued. However, Diaz then offered up one more x-rated suggestion for staying youthful, saying: "Lots of sex — yes, sex, we need that as human beings."
Diaz didn't clarify exactly how much sex she considered to be 'lots' but continued: "It's healthy, it's natural, it's what we are here to do!"
Though Diaz seemed to offer up the sex suggestion in a jokey manner, there does actually appear to be some truth to her claim.
In 2021, holistic dermatologist Keira Barr told Mind Body Green that the estrogen production that comes through sex 'increases collagen production, skin thickness, and hyaluronic acid production, giving skin a youthful and supple appearance'.

In fact, one study cited by Planned Parenthood found that of 3,500 men and women, those who had sex three times a week, appeared seven to 12 years younger than their actual age.
So while Diaz seemed to have it all worked out at the time, she admitted that she would 'never say never' to potentially having work done in the future.
"I'm not doing anything right now," she said of plastic surgery, adding: "But we'll see. So far, so good. But I'll never say never to anything."

I guess if Diaz's perceived 'fountain of youth' is good enough for her, then it's good enough for the rest of us!
