Cher's daughter-in-law has accused the 'Believe' singer of hiring a group of men to kidnap her son from a New York hotel.
The pop sensation is a mum of two: Chaz Bono, 54, who she shares with Sonny Bono, and Elijah Blue Allman, 47, who she shares with Gregg Allman.
However, according to newly surfaced court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Cher allegedly hired these four men on a quick kidnapping job of her youngest adult son.
At the time Allman was reportedly trying to reconcile with his wife, Marieangela King, 36.

Allman married the KING singer - who goes by Queenie - in 2013 but filed for divorce from her in 2021.
Allman and King had spent 12 days together when the men reportedly barged into their hotel room and took him away. That day was reportedly 30 November 2022, the day of their wedding anniversary.
His wife wrote in the declaration, which was originally filed in December last year: “I was told by one of the four men who took him that they were hired by [Elijah’s] mother.”

This was filed four days after the alleged kidnapping and she added: “I am currently unaware of my husband’s wellbeing or whereabouts. I am very concerned and worried about him.”
But she did put that Elijah was in ‘lockdown at a treatment facility that is undisclosed to me’.
King concluded the statement with: “I understand his family's efforts to make sure he is well, and I want what is best for my husband.”
The musician has previously opened up about his use of drugs and reportedly told Entertainment Tonight in 2014: “I started with drugs around the same time that we all did, around 11.

"I mean it’s just what you did, it’s just what everybody did.”
At the time, Allman also said he had been sober since 2008.
The ‘Believe’ singer has reportedly long had a rocky relationship with Allman, and has often gone months without speaking to him.

Elsewhere in the court filing, King claimed she was asked by Cher to leave her family home in her husband's absence.
She wrote in the filing: "I was not allowed to retrieve all my belongings from our primary home and residence, nor was I given the opportunity to inventory our assets."
The next court date in Allman and King's divorce proceedings is set for October 27.
