Their fame continued as they landed their own reality TV show on TLC titled Abby & Brittany, detailing how they live their lives through study, travelling from the US to Europe and navigating relationships.
The pair have always showed a determined attitude and found ways to adapt to their conjoined status, whilst still living life to the full and that included Abby and Josh's big day in 2021.
As videos from the nuptials were made public and shared widely including on Today, the twins have been inundated with questions asking everything from the legalities of being married as conjoined twins to how their sex life works.

The messages and curiosity around Abby and Brittany has been heightened after the wedding pictures were shared.
Josh and Abby have also been asked a typical question for a happily married couple with fans asking if the couple will ever welcome children.
Many assume because of they are conjoined, neither of the twins will be able to have children, but that is not the case.

Abby and Brittany have both made it clear they want to welcome children in their future.
In a previous documentary, both Brittany and Abby spoke of their desire to have families of their own in the past, with Brittany previously saying: "The whole world doesn't need to know who we are seeing, what we are doing and when we are going to do it. But believe me, we are totally different people."
Abby added: "Yeah, we are going to be moms one day, but we don't want to talk about how it's going to work yet."
