A fresh lawsuit has accused Diddy of 'effectively imprisoning' a male entertainer and forcing him to perform sex acts.
The rapper, real name Sean Combs, is at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center as he remains in police custody awaiting trial in May this year.

Diddy was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan, New York last September, and has been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion - all of which he has denied.
The music star spent the Christmas period behind bars having been denied bail twice.
On Tuesday (February 4), an anonymous man - who has gone under the name John Doe - filed a lawsuit against Diddy.
As per Rolling Stone, the man - a former adult entertainer in Las Vegas - claims Combs instructed him to 'perform acts that were outside the scope of the agreed-upon performance and limitations set by plaintiff and his agency.'

The man claims he was hired by Combs in 2007 to perform a strip show, and then continued to hire him up until 2012, while the rapper is accused of sexually and physically assaulting him.
The lawsuit also claims Diddy drugged the man with viagra before secretly filming sexual encounters he's said to have used as blackmail. It's also alleged the accuser was manipulated by Diddy as he was being promised help with his aspiring music career from the music mogul.
“Combs dehumanised plaintiff and reduced him to a mere object for Combs’ own amusement and to satisfy his own sexual fetishes,” the suit claims.

"Combs gravely exploited plaintiff, effectively imprisoning him and controlling him through surreptitious surveillance and filming."
Combs' lawyer has denied the allegations presented in the latest lawsuit.

They told Rolling Stone: "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex-trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to separate fact from fiction, and Mr Combs is confident that he will prevail in court."

UNILAD has reached out to Diddy's representatives for comment.
Following Diddy's arrest last September, Marc Agnifilo, his lawyer, said in a statement: "We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the US Attorney’s Office.
"Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person but is not criminal."
