Wholesale retailer Costco has hit back at claims that Sean 'Diddy' Combs bulk bought baby oil from them.
The claims were made by Combs' lawyer Marc Agnifilo after an enormous supply of baby oil was found by police at properties belonging to the rapper.
Police had carried out raids at properties belonging to Combs in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024.

In addition to firearms and ammunition, officers also found 1,000 bottles of baby oil at the properties.
Agnifilo was asked about the discovery of the enormous quantity of baby oil found at the mansions.
He told TMZ's Harvey Levin: “I don’t know where the number ‘1,000’ came from. I can’t imagine it’s thousands [of bottles of baby oil and lube], and I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.”
Levin explained that it could be used as 'a lubricant for an orgy'.

Agnifilo replied: “I guess - I don’t know what you need a thousand [for]. One bottle of baby oil goes a long way. I don’t know what you need a thousand for.”
The lawyer went on to say: “[Diddy] has a big house. He buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. I mean, have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?
“I don’t think it was a thousand. Let’s just say it was a lot.”

But TMZ has now reported that Costco informed them that 'none of the company's US locations carry baby oil', seemingly putting paid to Agnifilo's claims that this was where Combs sourced the oil.
On September 16, Combs was arrested at a New York hotel held in federal custody.
He has since been charged with federal sex trafficking and racketeering, with federal prosecutors also accusing him of 'creating a criminal enterprise'.

They also allege that he coerced, threatened, and abused women 'to fulfil his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.'
As of September 25, 11 people have made accusations against Combs, with some of the allegations dating back as far as the 1990s.
The most recent person to come forward is Thalia Graves, who has claimed that she was drugged, bound, and raped by Combs and his bodyguard in 2001.
She also claims that they filmed the assault.

Combs has denied all criminal wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the charges made against him.
