Dillon Danis has responded to a lawsuit filed against him by Nina Agdal, the fiancée of Logan Paul.
Danis made a large number of posts directed at Logan Paul and Nina Agdal in the run up to a boxing match between the pair.
The whole episode saw a 'feud' building between the two fighters ahead of the confrontation, which took place on 14 October and saw Paul come out victorious when Danis was disqualified.
Responding to the allegations, Danis said that his trolling of Paul and Agdal in the period before the fight should be taken as a 'joke'.

He claimed that it had all been a part that he was playing in order to build up hype for the boxing match, saying he doesn't consider himself to be in a real 'feud' with Paul.
Agdal filed a complaint against Danis back in September, including allegations that his trolling had included sharing explicit photos of her online without her consent.
The suit claims that Agdal suffered from emotional distress, repetitional harm, and humiliation as a result of the trolling.
One segment involved Danis allegedly posting an explicit image taken during an encounter Agdal had had some ten years previously.

The suit alleged: "Danis posted the photograph -- entirely uncensored -- from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff's consent.
"Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive."
Agdal, 31, claimed that Danis only agreed to remove the photo from his feed after Misfits boxing threatened to cancel the fight between him and Paul unless he took it down.

In a tweet after the lawsuit was filed, Danis wrote: "Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail.
"This is actually wild but I won’t stop f**k the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking."
The suit is not actually 'seeking prison time', firstly as it is a civil suit and not criminal, and also because going to court and being sentenced doesn't work that way.

However, Agdal is seeking unspecified damages.
Since then, Danis has issued another response to the lawsuit, claiming that his trolling was "parody, satire, comedy, farce or opinions" to draw attention to the fight.
He has also denied claims that he published material online, saying that anyone who can see Agdal's accounts would have access to such information.
Danis said that his claims were protected under his first amendment rights.
