Viewers shocked at Sofía Vergara’s reaction as she loses Golden Globe to Jodie Foster

Viewers shocked at Sofía Vergara’s reaction as she loses Golden Globe to Jodie Foster

The actress heckled Jodie Foster as she won yet another Golden Globe award

Sofía Vergara had a hilarious reaction to losing out to Jodie Foster.

Vergara received a Golden Globe nomination for best TV actress for Netflix series, Griselda.

The Modern Family favorite portrays Colombian businesswomen Griselda Blanco in the hit series, where she looks unrecognizable.

She was up against Cate Blanchett, Cristin Milioti, Naomi Watts, Kate Winslet, and Foster for the award - with Foster going on to win for role in True Detective: Night Country.

The achievement is Foster's fifth Golden Globe win, and with this in mind, Vergara had something to say.

As the actress went up on stage to receive her award, Vergara was heard saying from the audience: "No, no! Not again! Give me one!"

While Vergara didn't win this evening, she does have many awards under her belt from previous years - most of which have come from her portrayal of Gloria in Modern Family.

People have since reacted to Vergara's hilarious reaction on Twitter.

Someone said: "Sofia Vergara's reaction is everything! Love her!"

Another wrote: "Did Sofía Vergara shout at Jodie Foster, 'Give me your award'?? Honestly could use more examples of that throughout awards season lol."

A third continued: "I LOVE Sofia Vergara. Now, she’s AUTHENTIC. No pretence at all: she WANTED that award! She’s still SOOOO beautiful!"
