Chanel Banks has broken her silence amid reports that she was missing.
Banks, who has starred in the likes of Gossip Girl and Blue Bloods, was reported missing by her family in recent days after claiming that they had not heard from the 36-year-old since October 30.
A missing persons report was filed with Los Angeles Police Department on November 8, but police have since revealed that they have located the actress and insisted that she is alive and well.

Elsewhere Banks herself has spoken out and insisted that she was never missing in the first place, and that she doesn't have a relationship with her mom and cousin who have been speaking to the press.
Posting to her Instagram Story in recent hours, Banks wrote: "I am not missing."
She also called for people to not donate to any GoFundMe pages that say she is.

Before Banks addressed her whereabouts, her cousin Danielle-Tori Singh spoke to the press and described the actress as being 'like a big sister' to her.
"Five days without hearing from my cousin is red flags and alarm bells," she told ABC7.
"She doesn't go more than 48 hours without speaking to me or her mom. That girl is more like a big sister to me."
