Elon Musk’s alleged mother of his thirteenth child has hit back after his drastic measures against her.
Weeks ago, Ashley St. Clair took to social media to announce that she allegedly gave birth to a child belonging to SpaceX founder and Tesla CEO, Musk.
She wrote: "Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.

"I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.

"I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child's privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting."
After it was out in the open, St. Clair sued Musk for the sole custody of her son.

She then filed a paternity petition to prove that he was indeed the father of her child.
The woman alleges that the pair slept with each other in January of last year, after starting a relationship with him in May 2023, a year after Musk ended his relationship was with singer Grimes, the mother of three of his children.

While Musk allegedly ignored the suites, he went on to hire his own lawyer and asked for the case to be sealed, which appears to have been granted as previously public documents are no longer publicly available, Mail Online reports.

Before the docs became private, it alleged that Musk only saw their son three times since he was born and he wasn't present at birth.
But now St. Clair is hitting back through her legal team at Musk after he allegedly retaliated to the filing by reducing ‘his financial support’.
According to St. Clair's legal team, the 53-year-old has ‘financially retaliated’ against his son, with Karen Rosenthal, Bikel Rosenthal & Schanfield LLP, claiming to PEOPLE: "Elon Musk has financially retaliated against his own child and reduced his financial support substantially and unilaterally. He did this after Ashley was forced to bring this matter to court, when he refused to respond to her many private attempts to resolve this matter without publicity.”

"At the same time, he filed an emergency application to gag Ashley and prevent her from communicating about his actions. The judge denied the emergency nature of the application, even though it is still pending,” the legal team continued.
"Ashley is vigorously opposing this application in order to preserve her right to speak-out. All while Mr. Musk fashions himself a first amendment warrior and freely communicates via his owned social media platform," they claimed.
"Given that Mr. Musk is dedicated to transparency in government, it would be helpful if he administered his own life by the same principles."
As of right now, Musk is apparently shirking the filing as he has still not accepted the court filing, either in person or through his attorneys.

"Despite requests, Mr. Musk has still not accepted service of the motion papers via his alleged attorneys, which is easy enough to do," Rosenthal said.
"As a result of avoiding personal service, he has prolonged the litigation and caused unnecessary distress. It should be noted that no attorney has opted into the NYSCEF system claiming they represent Mr. Musk," she added. "We don’t have anyone we can properly speak with. It's unnecessary gamesmanship when there’s an infant involved."
UNILAD approached reps for both St. Clair and Musk for comment.
