Following her relationship with Hefner — who was 60 years her senior — Wilkinson admitted that it affected her relationships that followed and that she ended up with 'sex problems'.

"Look, I struggle still to this day with my relationships and my views on sex," she said on a recent episode of the I Do, Part 2 podcast.

"I had to go through a lot of therapy, and they looked at me and they’re like — this is the first time I’m admitting this — but they’re like, 'You might have a little bit of a sex problem. You have a little bit of a problem when it comes to thinking of sex.'"

Elsewhere in the episode, Wilkinson said that while she felt 'sexualized' while living in the Playboy Mansion, but she didn't feel unsafe.

She admitted that she never 'had a stable life' and at the age of 15 started selling cocaine to get by.

"I went looking for the wrong things," Wilkinson went on to share. "I went looking for dark things. I went looking for fun. And I'm not saying that everything I did was dark and wrong. I'm saying that it was easy to take that one-way ticket to LA into the Playboy Mansion — how vulnerable I was."
