We've all made outlandish claims at some point in our lives.
It could be as simple as, 'I'll finally make use of that gym membership this week.'
Or perhaps it's something more extreme, like staying awake for 12 days in an attempt to break an idle world record.

Either way, rapper Ludacris has just made a proposition so bizarre, it's proving his namesake.
Last month, the musician went viral after posting a clip of himself drinking unfiltered water directly from an Alaskan glacier to TikTok.
And more than 30 million people have viewed his unusual antics since.

After explaining that he had wanted to visit the glaciers in Alaska, Ludacris revealed why.
He said: "You know I got a bucket list, or as I like to call it a 'f**k it list', I've never tasted fresh glacial water ever in my life, and this is a first."
The musician then carefully made his way down to the water, breaking the strange illusion that he had been standing on a cliff, and filled a bottle from the pool.

After taking a sip, the rapper shouted 'oh my god!' before running out of shot.
He captioned the post: "Water so good it tastes like GOD made it. Well, because he did."
Ludacris sparked concern with the video as fans worried for his health, as glacier water - like any untreated water - can contain a whole host of micro-organisms.
Well, he's back at it again, with another unusual water-related mission.

Taking to Instagram, the 47-year-old vowed to become 'the most hydrated motherf****r on Earth.'
Standing in what we can only assume is his kitchen - or maybe a dedicated water room? - the rapper says: "Let me tell y’all something. Y’all think this whole glacier water adventure is over? Ha! It’s never over."
He continues: "Let me tell you what I’ve been doing since I left Alaska - trying to find every water around the world to compare."

Opening his fridge, he shows off bottles of water from across the world, including Hawaii, Ecuador, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Italy, and, of course, Alaska, also made the cut.
"I will not stop until I am the most hydrated motherf---er on Earth," added the musician. "It’s not a game. You think it’s a game? Ha! It’s never a game!"
He captioned the post: "The WATER QUEST CONTINUES. Have y’all tried any of these??"
Referencing the rapper's 2001 single, one fan commented: "Bro has water from different area codes……" (sic) as another laughed: "This man took drinking water and make it an Adventure" (sic)."
