Machine Gun Kelly has shared some deeply personal thoughts about his partner Megan Fox's miscarriage in a new song.
The singer grapples with the loss of his and fiancèe Megan Fox's child in his latest release.
Fox - who recently hit back at trolls who commented on her changed appearance at a Super Bowl party - opened up about her miscarriage in November last year, first addressing it in her poetry book Pretty Boys are Poisonous.

Speaking to Good Morning America, Fox said: "I’d never been through anything like that in my life.
"I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate What does this mean? and Why did this happen?"
She spoke about previously going through an ectopic pregnancy when she was younger, adding: "I've been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with.
"And so that love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering."

She also said MGK had written 'a couple of songs about the miscarriage' and now we've gotten to hear one, and it's extremely candid.
The rapper, real name Colson Baker, has been open about his 'breakdown' in his attempts to cope with the loss in new track 'Don't Let Me Go', released yesterday (February 21).
The lyrics give an honest sting, as he raps: "How can I live with the fact/ That my hand wasn't on her stomach when we lost the baby?

"I don't got no one to turn to/ Because everyone's dead in my life that was tryna raise me."
In the run-up to the release of the new music, the 33-year-old shared a new selfie to Instagram with his signature sleeve tattoo's completely blacked out.
He addresses his extreme new look on the new song.

He raps: "Just like I wish they would understand me one time/ I had a breakdown and tatted my entire body except one line."
Remaining open and honest about his mental health, the rapper also shares lyrics about his childhood and his father in the song.
He raps: “Lately my thoughts eating me alive / Laid in the bed thinkin’ maybe the hate will finally go away if I’m not alive."
“I’ve got trust issues, growing up no one was there to hear what I thought,” he sings. “My heart was broken like my ribs as a kid when me and my father fought.”

MGK continues: “Searching for someone to tell me who I really am, I don’t know when I look in the mirror / Constantly dreading the day that the audience might not be screaming for me anymore / The feeling of dying alone and not leaving anything behind is my biggest fear.”
MGK and Fox have been engaged since January 2022, but they've reportedly pressed pause on wedding planning for the time being.
