Comedian Nikki Glaser has shared some throwback snaps of herself on The Tonight Show after sparking backlash with her comments about Ozempic on the show.
The recent Golden Globes host returned to The Tonight Show on March 24, when she spoke with Jimmy Fallon about hosting the awards show, her upcoming tour and the topic of Ozempic.
Glaser made clear she was all in favor of Ozempic, saying: "I love it. I’m like, ‘Do it'. I have no judgment. If you want to do Ozempic, hell yeah, girl.”

Glaser advocated for more people to talk about Ozempic, claiming there is a 'shame' surrounding the use of the drug, which can be prescribed to people with diabetes to help them manage their weight.
“I want people to feel more comfortable talking about doing it, because I feel like there's this shame,” she said. “The shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat. That's really where it's coming from.
"They're so mad that you're getting thin now, because that's all they have, right? You’re dynamic, you have a good personality, and they're so mad.”

While some have used it for weight loss, Ozempic itself hasn't been officially approved as a weight loss drug. However, it contains semaglutide, which can help regulate someone's appetite, and according to the University of California—Davis Health, semaglutide is approved for weight loss under the name 'Wegovy'.
The comments sparked controversy from some viewers, with one describing her appearance on the show as an 'Ozempic advertorial'.
In the wake of the comments, Glaser shared some throwback snaps on Instagram yesterday (March 26) which compared her look for her most recent appearance on The Tonight Show with her first appearance in 2009.

Glaser received a flood of praise from fans after sharing the photos, with one claiming she was 'aging in reverse' while another described her as having a 'glow up'.
Others begged Glaser to share the secrets behind her change in appearance, but unfortunately, some have been more critical of her comparison pictures, with one claiming the comedian 'forgot to tag [her] surgeon'.
The comment came after Glaser previously spoke about plastic surgery being a 'wise investment' on The Roast of Tom Brady.
“There's a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures. And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, ‘Well, it makes my life better'," she said.

Commenting on societal pressures relating to beauty, Glaser continued: “People treat you better when you're hotter. It's a sad fact of life.
"And everyone goes, ‘That's so sad. Why don't you love the way you were born?’ And it's like, ‘Well, why did you go to college? Why don't you love the brain you were born with? Why did you pay thousands of dollars to that institution?’”
