Paris Hilton clapped back at trolls who poked fun at her baby's head.
The former reality TV star shared a picture of her and her son Phoenix to her 26 million followers in late 2023.
The 43-year-old captioned the photo in question: “My precious angel baby Phoenix's first time in NYC.”

However, the picture attracted some cruel comments from users, with one hailing the tot as a 'funny looking kid'.
Another commented: “Man got a lot of thoughts up there.”
While a different user said: "There was no doctor who could perform the delivery, it must have been done by a magician."

Someone else questioned: "Does he have encephalitis? Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude, that doesn’t seem normal."
Hilton eventually weighed in on the matter and responded to a TikTok condemning the negative comments about her son.
"Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable," she wrote on Instagram at the time.

"This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe. I've worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return.
"If I don't post my baby, people assume I'm not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I'm a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic. I've dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember.
"Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life.
"Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It's hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence.

"I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy."
The Simple Life star and her husband, Carter Reum, quietly welcomed their son via surrogacy in January 2023, and have since had another child - a little girl named London.
London was also born via surrogate and came into the world in November 2023.

It's thought that the singer and heiress named her children after the famous cities (located in the US and UK retrospectively).
Meanwhile Phoenix and London's middle names pay tribute to her late grandparents Barron and Marilyn Hilton.
