It's said that there's a one in 135 chance that a pair of complete doppelgängers exist somewhere in the world, and Scarlett Johansson may have found hers.
The Hollywood actress is best known for her role as Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as movies such as Lucy, Sing, JoJo Rabbit and Marriage Story.
With this in mind, it's safe to say that Johansson's face is pretty well known - something which helped the star come to learn of her so-called doppelgänger.
Back in 2017, Johansson discussed the matter on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and spoke of her relationship with Geraldine Dodd, AKA 'Grandma Geraldine'.

While the actress isn't on any social media platforms, she still got wind of a viral Reddit post where Geraldine's grandson shared a snap of her at the age of 22, and her resemblance to Johansson was uncanny.
"People were like, 'Oh my god, you have a doppelgänger and it's crazy'," she explained to Colbert.
"So I looked at this link online and this woman looks exactly like me. It's [the Reddit poster's] grandma and the picture was taken when she was 22."

Johansson went on to compared Geraldine to her character in the film Lucy.
Apparently Geraldine was 'wasted' in the decades-old snap, sparking Johansson to suggest the pair get drunk together at the premiere for her new movie at the time, Rough Night.
"She came to the Rough Night premiere and we did get kind of trashed," the actress went on to divulge. "She is so nice!"

Coincidentally, Geraldine's daughter owns a bar in Arkansas and Johansson pledged to go visit her one day to 'continue this lovely family reunion'.
"She's just awesome," the Black Widow star went on to say of her newfound friend.
While Johansson isn't on social media, she's previously addressed another viral topic that she's been at the center of - the eerie moment a woman seemed to 'disappear' behind her during an interview.

The moment occurred at the 2006 Golden Globes when the actress was chatting to an interviewer on the red carpet, when someone walks behind her and doesn't reemerge.
Johansson later spoke out about the clip, sharing that the woman behind her was her mom (and therefore not a time traveller like some people suggested).
