Ne-Yo set the internet ablaze earlier this year after debuting is polyamorous relationship online.
The 'Closer' hitmaker is dating four women (Cristina, Arielle, Moneii, and Bri), with whom he has a so-called 'relationship schedule' with.

While more people are aware of these type of romances, they still draw a lot of intrigue and Ne-Yo has faced a lot of questions about his relationship with his four girlfriends ever since going public with his polyamorous relationship.
And Ne-Yo is seemingly happy to answer people's questions and recently appeared on The Angie Martinez Show to discuss the matter.

On the show, the singer revealed that his partners don't date anyone but him.

"When I got with these women, I did not ask for their exclusivity," Ne-Yo insisted. "I did not demand their exclusivity. They asked for it. They came to me and said, 'I want to be exclusive to you and just you.'"
He continued: "You understand that your exclusivity to me does not mean my exclusivity to you. You understand this?’ ‘Yes.’ ‘You’re okay with this?’ ‘Yes.’ Okay cool, since you are offering your exclusivity and I’m taking it, now there’s rules that I need you to follow."
Elsewhere, he revealed a rule he has for their relationship to work.
"The main rule is to just keep it a buck," the 45-year-old shared. "We're not gonna lie. We're not gonna lie to each other. We're not gonna sit up here and blow smoke. I ain't selling no dreams, and I'm not forcing anybody to be here."
"If for whatever reason you decide this isn't for you anymore, the door is never locked," Ne-Yo continued.

"You have permission to go on about your business. I don't want anybody to think that I'm manipulating these women into doing something they don't want to do."
He added that he'd be a 'fool' to feel like 'I’m the only person that anybody will ever be attracted to, anybody will ever want to see', so 'should the situation ever come up, nothing is above a conversation'.
Ne-Yo said: "However, in that I’m the head of this household, what I say goes. So if I say no, it’s a no. And you just got to let that be a no, or the door is over there."
