Shannen Doherty called a truce with her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko just one day before she passed away at the age of 53.
The actor died on Saturday (13 July) after a long battle with breast cancer, which she was diagnosed with in March 2015.
Announcing her tragic passing, Doherty's publicist told People: "It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty.

"On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease."
Before her death, Doherty had been locked in a legal battle with Iswarienko after the actor filed for divorce in April 2023.
Just last month, Doherty accused her ex of intentionally delaying the legal process to avoid paying her before she died.
The actor was trying to secure spousal support from Iswarienko as her monthly residual income decreased.

In filed paperwork, she stated: "It is simply not right that Kurt be permitted to prolong our divorce in hopes that I die before he is required to pay me while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years."
Iswarienko's attorney Katherine Heersema quickly fired back at the comments, claiming that Doherty was offered a settlement deal in October 2023 but denied it.
"Kurt is not 'simply wait[ing] for Shannen to die.' He wants the best for Shannen and he wants both of them to be able to put this case behind them and move forward," she added.

Well, according to multiple reports, Doherty signed a filing to waive spousal support on 12 July - a day before she died.
The late actor is also said to have agreed to a 'default or uncontested dissolution' of the marriage.
Paperwork obtained by People reads: "The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court."

After being initially diagnosed, Doherty underwent a single mastectomy, chemotherapy and other treatments.
The Charmed and 90210 star announced she was in remission two years later.
However, in 2020, she was told by doctors her cancer had returned, and she was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer.
Despite carrying on with treatment, Doherty discovered in 2023 that her cancer had metastasized to her brain and spread to her bones.
