Zayn Malik has sent his fans into overdrive after dropping in on Jimmy Fallon briefly for one simple reason.
Zayn Malik - who recently had a hilariously chill reaction to his foot being run over by a car - shot to fame with British boyband One Direction.
After the five-piece split in 2016, each of them tried their hand at having a solo career with Zayn Malik’s fans getting used to his left-field approach to self-promotion.

A clip of the wild moment was shared on The Tonight Show X page and has gone viral with more than 430,000 views. Check it out below:

After interrupting Fallon during a monologue, Malik said absolutely nothing.
He walked up on stage, suspiciously handed Fallon a note and pressed play on an open laptop, before walking off the stage.
Cameras then followed him as he walked right to the exit, smiling smugly to himself.

Fallon then read the note: “Jimmy, look to your right for my album, my new single 'What I Am' is out this Friday off my upcoming album Room Under The Stairs, available May 17, hope you check it out.”
The crowd then erupted with cheers as Fallon tried to get on with the show again.
On social media, many of Malik’s fans were all saying that the whole incident was so on brand.
“Zayn leaving the show right away is the most Zayn Malik thing ever,” one user wrote.

“He’s mocking the ‘zayned’ verb!! He came here delivered and he left .. it’s so Zayn like,” a third wrote.

“Other celebrities would sit on that couch then theres Zayn Malik looking for the exit,” another wrote.
Well, it seems Malik knows how to keep his fans happy, even if he is not one for long overdrawn interviews and playing the marketing game the traditional way.
