Singer Ray J has claimed Hulu's The Kardashians presented lies after Kim Kardashian told her family about Kanye West retrieving her sex tape for her.
Kim relayed the situation to her family on the most recent episode of the new reality series, telling her family Kanye travelled to meet up with Ray J, her ex-boyfriend who also features in the infamous tape, to get the hard drive which held the footage.
"So Kanye flew home last night, and he came back this morning. I want to show you guys what he got me. He got me all of the sex tape back. He flew home, and he got the computer it was on and the hard drive. He met with Ray J at the airport, and he got it all back for me," she said tearfully.

The exchange between Kanye and Ray is said to have taken place last year, before Kim hosted Saturday Night Live alongside Pete Davidson, but Ray called bulls**t on the narrative after The Kardashians episode aired this week.
The singer responded to a clip of the show shared on the Instagram page Hollywood Unlocked, writing in a comment under the post: "All of this is a lie [shaking my head] - Can’t let them do this anymore - so untrue."
Ray hasn't shared any further information about his claim, making it hard to know exactly what he's referring to when he says the Kardashians can't 'do this anymore'. If the narrative told on The Kardashians is untrue, that also begs the question of exactly how Kim did get her sex tape back.
In the episode, the businesswoman unpacked a suitcase containing hard drive and explained that while she knows Kanye did it 'for [her]', he also did it for their four children.

"I want to shield them from as much as I can," she said. "If I have the power to or if Kanye has the power to, that is just the most important thing to me and I am so emotional because of it. It just means a lot to me.”
Kim went on to claim the footage retrieved by Kanye wasn't anything explicit, saying: "It was just footage of us at a restaurant, at a nightclub [and there was] nothing sexual. Nothing weird. So now I can take a deep breath and not worry about this right before SNL, right before the bar and right before everything.”
Though Ray's comment remains cryptic, it's possible there are more details yet to come as the singer also a post to his Instagram story after the release of the episode which read: "The purpose is bigger than the moment. The truth is my only option. Stay tuned."
