Sabrina Carpenter has been criticised online after 'simulating a sex act' on stage.
The viral moment occurred while she was performing at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Monday (November 18) as part of her Short n' Sweet Tour.

It's not the first time Carpenter has divided fans over her raunchy performances.
Back in September at the MTV Awards, Carpenter sang a trio of singles from her recent album Short n' Sweet.
While performing 'Taste' the singer paused for a brief moment to share a steamy kiss with one of her backup dancers dressed up as an alien.
Then there was the graphic video for the single, which saw Carpenter kissing Jenna Ortega as the pair pretended to be in a love triangle.

During her recent performance of 'Juno', some fans criticised Carpenter for her decision to mimic a sex act on stage.
In videos shared online, the star can be seen dropping to her knees as she appeared to be simulating oral sex with her microphone.
One person wrote on X: "We need better role models for children."

While another said: "Can she stop sexualizing herself for 1 minute? LITERAL children are watching this, not just at the concert but also as it keeps appearing on my niece’s youtube."
Others jumped in to defend the former Disney star, with one writing: "She's an adult and doesn't work for the company currently. She can do whatever she wants."
And someone else added: "It’s her concert. People are there to have fun and so is she and it’s her right to choose how she wants to have fun in her own concert."
Others reminded followers that Carpenter is in fact an adult and can do whatever she likes on stage.
The moment was the latest in a number of sex positions Carpenter has acted out on stage recently.

Since her tour began on June 20, Carpenter has been mimicking different moves, singing 'have you ever tried this one?' at the same time.
The singer first rose to prominence for starring in Boy Meets World spinoff Girl Meets World on the Disney Channel. She also performed as an opening act during Taylor Swift's Eras Tour.
"Full transparency: I’ve never really been on charts until quite recently, so it’s a newfound, like... I’m interested," Carpenter told the Guardian in August.
"It’s not the reason I write music and it’s not the reason I’ll ever write music. It’s like the sprinkles on top of the sundae.

"You start to realize that there’s more to all of it than just, like, blood, sweat and tears and love and talent and passion. There’s beautiful sides to this and there’s really dark, weird sides to all of it.
"I just love doing it - there’s sort of a need for it - and when that’s the thing that’s driving you, success doesn’t really matter. You’re just gonna keep going regardless."
