According to social media, a man and a woman can't be friends in 2023.
Meanwhile, movie fans think there is a lot more to this new video of Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell interviewing each other.
Watch below:
The pair of Hollywood stars - who have recently filmed romantic comedy Anyone But You in Australia - have clearly developed some sort of connection while working together, and fans are jumping to all sorts of conclusions.

Even though it seems that the duo have simply built up a good rapport with one another, the internet certainly thinks there is more to what meets the eye.
The unexpected plot twist came when Powell’s model girlfriend, Gigi Paris, reportedly unfollowed Sweeney on Instagram.
As reported by Page Six, Paris used to follow Sweeney on the social media platform and the model even once commented on one of her posts, congratulating her on her upcoming role with Powell.

And now, in a recent clip uploaded by Sony Pictures, the pair have been interviewing each other about the film on the red carpet.
“The whole experience was absolutely incredible,” Sweeney gushed. “It was so much fun.”
The Devotion actor said they got to 'literally take over Australia' because of the support from the tourism board.
“There was one day where we literally took over the Sydney Opera House and that was pretty epic - and Barack Obama watched us film the scene,” Powell added. “That was pretty memorable.”

The Euphoria star said: “Glen landed a helicopter and jumped out of it - it was really cool.”
Well it seems that the majority of viewers were more interested in their 'body language' than what they actually had to say.
"They romcomed too hard," one person commented, while another added: "I would be sleeping on the bathroom floor next to the [toilet emoji] if I were either of their partners for a week after this."

A third said: "Oh they def have…"
Someone else joked: "The romcom is actually gonna be a documentary."
While another said: "My romcom loving heart won’t be able to handle this."
However, TMZ has put a lid on speculation surrounding the on-screen couple, saying that 'multiple sources with knowledge' confirmed that Sweeney is still with her fiancé Jonathan Davino and is NOT dating Powell.

So yeah, I think what we can take from this is that co-stars just being friendly is not a plausible possibility in the minds of TikTokers.
