Timothée Chalamet has compared fan interest of his relationship with Kylie Jenner to an infamous South Park episode.
The fairly new couple sent social media into a frenzy after they made their first public appearance together at Beyoncé's LA concert last month.
Alluding to the spotlight on his new relationship, Chalamet gives the example of an iconic episode of South Park.
Chalamet, 27, and Jenner, 26, who were romantically linked back in April, went public with their relationship at the SoFi Stadium on September 4.

Concert-goers spotted the pair cosying up in a private area of the stadium.
Jenner looked relaxed as she sat with the Dune actor, laughing and chilling.
Having seen a clip on X (formally Twitter), one user shared their shock at the public appearance, writing: “First time I seen these two together interesting…”
Others also agreed, adding: “Wow, I did not see this coming. Timothée and Kylie are so different, but they seem to make it work. I hope they are happy together."

Now, in a new interview with GQ, Chalamet has lifted the lid on their relationship, comparing it to an episode of South Park.
Speaking about the public nature of it all, the actor said: "This reminds me of that recent South Park episode with the Worldwide Privacy Tour."
For those unaware, he is referring to South Park's wind up of Harry and Meghan flying around in a private jet, whilst demanding: "We want privacy! We want privacy!"
"Sometimes, people are going to be hella confused when you say you’re trying to live a private life," Chalamet added.

Elsewhere in the interview, the 27-year-old spoke about his on-screen role in Dune: Part One.
Chalamet admitted that he spent a lot of time on set with the older actors - such as Josh Brolin, Jason Momoa and Oscar Isaac - to learn from them.
“I feel like for a while there, it was really just older people in the room around me,” he said.

“People I love, but just generationally above. And there was a moment when I – I don’t want this to come across wrong – but I felt like I was without peers.”
With regards to balancing fame and acting, he uses Zendaya as an example, adding: “It was so incredibly valuable to spend so much time with Zendaya and her assistant, Darnell, and when Tom would come to set too.
“They’re level. They’re good Hollywood. They’re good-energy Hollywood. And then Austin and Florence. I feel like I’m creating a community for myself of people who care about the right things.”
