A set of identical twins definitely haven't limited their sharing to the womb as they've grown up to share an Instagram page, showers, and even a lover.
There's a reason Anna and Lucy Decinque, from Perth, have been dubbed the world's 'most identical twins'.
The pair have opened up about their lives together as they star in TLC's show Extreme Sisters, so you can see how they share everything, and I mean everything, below:
Anna and Lucy live together in Australia with their fiancé - yes their one joint fiancé - Ben Byrne, with all three of the adults sharing one bed together in the home.

The twins, 37, have described themselves as being 'bound to each other', and demonstrated as much by washing each other clean in the shower together.
They wake up together, go to the bathroom at the same time and have even shared a job - even though only one of them got paid for it.
"We share everything from our car, our phone, our bed, our Facebook account, and we share the same boyfriend," they said on the show.

Determined to keep their strong link alive for as long as possible, Anna and Lucy are now striving to get pregnant at the same time so they can raise their kids, who will be both half-siblings and cousins, together.
The pair have had 'some trouble' trying to get pregnant, but have made sure to get some practise in by using baby dolls to get an idea of what parenthood might be like.
Anna and Lucy have been sharing their lives with the world since 2021, when they were first cast on the reality TV show.

Speaking to PerthNow at the time, Lucy said they were 'ready to showcase our love story', adding: “We are the show to be quite honest, I don’t think there’s anyone more extreme than the two of us.”
Lucy said it was Ben who 'really wanted' the twins to do the show, explaining: “People were waiting to hear his voice, his views and what it’s like living with two girlfriends. Ben is such a chilled guy, he’s not really like ‘look at me I’ve got two girlfriends’ he just loves us for who we are.”
Though Ben is engaged to both Lucy and Anna, the lovers would have to go overseas if they actually want to get married as polygamy is not legally recognised in Australia.
