The creators started the video by stating that this seems like the hospital where all of the staff just got up and left one day.

He showed one of the clocks at the reception area where the time had stopped at 1:15, and noted how there were still telephones on the desks.
They also uncovered that millions of pounds worth of machines used for MRI’s and other scans had been abandoned, with one commenter on the video pointing out that this equipment could have been given to a hospital that is in use.

The video showed multiple scanning rooms where lights were still switched on, indicating that if staff did walk out of here, it can’t have been too long ago.
Wheelchairs were left in the middle of hallways and the pair stumbled across offices where it was clear that people's belongings were just left there.
Patient’s files were still stacked up on shelves, and people in the comments were baffled with how clean the hospital still was despite being abandoned.

You could say both of the explorers are braver than any of us, because as they ventured down into the basement they came across the morgue.
Unfazed, they strolled in despite the ‘danger’ signs, and saw a couple of metal tables, presumably for people’s dead bodies awaiting identification or for bodies waiting to be buried or cremated.
