They say it's important to stretch before strenuous activity, and this burglar did just that.
On March 3, someone broke into Richmond-based Phillippa's Bakery in Australia in the early hours of the morning.
The individual in question was seen sporting an all-black outfit ahead of her stealing spree, and took a pair of shoes, an iPad and cleaning products from the store.

The woman also stole some croissants for good measure.
But she didn't just come stressed for the occasion, CCTV footage showed the unnamed woman limbering up ahead of breaking into the bakery. Take a look:
The now-viral clip sees her on the ground doing several leg and hip stretches because, you know, you don't want to pull something while carrying out a crime - do you?

The Bakery later shared the strange footage on its Instagram page and seemed to see the funny side of things.
They wrote alongside the clip: "We were quite surprised when we saw the security footage from a recent break in at our Bakery HQ. Seems like yoga is a must before breaking in.
"A few things were stolen including some croissants which were clearly too tempting for this flexible burglar."

The Bakery's followers were quick to comment on how odd the clip was and poked fun at the situation.
Someone asked: "Is this about working off the calories of the croissants before they steal them?"
"My goodness this is wonderful… not wonderful for the break in but my goodness that’s some quality moves," wrote another.
A third added: "An robbery with a side serve of Interpretive Dance. [Crimes] these days are getting creative."

The owner of the bakery, Phillippa, went on to feature on Sunrise to discuss the ordeal.
"It's surreal and, in some ways, entertaining because such a strange mix of things went missing," she said.
Phillippa went on to call the pre-crime antics as 'extraordinary'.
Police have since charged a 44-year-old woman in connection to the robbery.

She's been charged with theft, burglary and going equipped to steal and was bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court in May, 9News reports.
It's not the first time a burglary video has gone viral; last year, a King Soopers employee Santino Burrola documented the moment three men stole $500 worth of laundry detergent from a store last year.
Santino later uploaded the video to TikTok and was fired for doing so.
But the former employee felt he'd done nothing wrong and said he shared the clip in the hopes that 'somebody would recognize them'.
