An American woman has revealed how her apartment is haunted by sexually-charged ghosts, saying she heard a voice telling her she was ‘looking good’ while she showered.
Texas homeowner Linda Hill says the longest period a tenant has ever occupied her property on Denton Street, Gainesville, is just six months.
A number of her tenants claim they have had ghostly encounters, saying the property is home to many different types of spirits.
"We’ve got kids, and we’ve got old people, old guys, and we’ve got h**kers," she said on Fox's Jesse Watters Primetime.

Hill says the most common type of spectral visitor was the latter, claiming male tenants have told her they’ve felt somebody or something stroking their face, their arm or their shoulder.
"They try to stir up business, but they can’t figure out a way to conclude the transaction, so nothing ever happens,” she said.
Hill has also faced bizarre experiences herself, recalling how she was showering when she heard someone say: “Looking good.”

She said: "I thought it was my husband. I mean, he and I were the only ones in the house."
But she said it wasn’t her husband... It was, indeed, a ghost.
"I spoke to him, you know, he told me I was looking good,” Hill continued.
“I said thank you and I asked him what he had been doing that day, and we had a conversation, and he left.”

In a previous interview with WFAA, Hill explained how the house has become like a 'revolving door' with tenants leaving, leaving her and her husband baffled at first.
After 10 tenants left in the space of two years, one came forward and told Hill they believed the property was haunted.
As well as a door which 'finds a way' to swing open even when 'pounded shut,' a 19-foot well was also discovered under the house's living room – which some have theorised is an ‘endless void’ acting as a portal from the dead to the living.

It was built on the original property - which was reportedly a brothel - but built over 'decades later'.
Audio recordings have also caught the alleged ghosts saying, 'Oh baby, oh baby yeah, I like it like that'.

Hill has since turned the house into 'Hill House Manor,' advertising the property as a residence for ghost-seekers to come and investigate for themselves.
