An America’s Got Talent magical comedy act has left fans in stitches thanks to his silly sense of humour.
Lioz Shem Tov, auditioned for the talent show with his ‘Telekinesis’ act back in 2018, but he’s found himself a bunch of new fans after the clip was shared on TikTok before making its way to Twitter.
After stepping on stage, he tells the judges that he is capable of ‘moving objects with my mind’ – you can see how he achieves that here:
Lioz’s act is based around him showcasing ‘illusions’ by using mundane items in the way they’re intended to be used.

At one point during his audition he quickly pulled a measuring tape up and down before eventually flicking the switch to hold it in place as if by magic.
He then goes on to pull multiple tissues out of a box, before heading straight into his show-stopping finale – opening the lid of a pedal bin by… erm… using its pedal.
But his silly act appeared to go over the heads of some of the judges, with Simon Cowell asking: “Is this a joke?” before hitting the red buzzer, fellow judge Heidi Klum also whacked her red buzzer, later explaining that it just wasn't her ‘type of humour’.
Nonetheless, Mel B and Howie Mandel were clearly impressed, with the ex-Spice Girl gushing: “I think you are brilliant. I think you're funny. I just love everything about you. I’m going to say yes, yes! Hilarious.”

Even Simon had a change of his mind, deciding to put Lioz through to the next round, after telling him: “When it first started I thought this was pretty stupid, then I thought, no it’s very stupid, then I thought this was actually really funny.”
Refusing to break character, Lioz interrupted to tell Simon: “This is not comedy.” Simon eventually removed his X and Lioz sailed through to the next round.
However, as we now know he didn’t go on to scoop the top prize – that went to close-up magician Shin Lim.

Although he may not have won, he’s impressed a new group of folks on social media. A tweet showing a clip of his audition has had more than 245,000 likes and pulled in thousands of comments from people left in stitches by his unusual act.
One wrote: “I have been cackling at this all damn day.”
Another said: “The hammy delivery, the music, the absolute seriousness, the dad-joke-tenor of the whole thing: Bravo.”
While a third commented: “I'm actually crying from this omg, why is this so funny to me.”
