The emotional final instalment of Better Call Saul has become one of the best rated episodes in IMDb history after dropping earlier this week.
Viewers found the send-off bittersweet, feeling understandably sad to see the show go while also expressing gratitude to creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould for rounding things off so masterfully.
Amazingly, it’s now ranked as one of the best episodes not just of the programme, but also in TV history:
Indeed, the final episode ‘Saul Gone’ has shot up in the IMDb charts, currently sitting at no. 70 with a 9.8 star rating and 28,099 votes.

And that’s not all, as another episode from the same series is doing even better at no. 18, with ‘Plan and Execution’ - the mid-season finale – having earned itself 9.9 stars and 38,375 votes.
The top spot, however, has gone to Breaking Bad's 'Ozymandias', which has a perfect 10-star rating and a whopping 176,411, while ‘Felina’ also pops up at no. 9, and ‘Face Off’ at no. 14.
Elsewhere in the top 20 are a few usual suspects, including a couple of inevitable entries from Game of Thrones - 'The Winds of Winter' (no. 7) 'Battle of the Bastards' (no. 8) and 'The Rains of Castamere' (no. 10) - along with a more modern favourite, with 'Sleepytime' from beloved animated kids' show Bluey at no. 17.
But while Breaking Bad may have dominated the IMDb chart, many fans reckon its spin-off's finale was even better than the show from whence it came.
One tweeted: "This ending of Better Call Saul was so marvellously written. For me, it was even better than Breaking Bad's. It's only a bit sad that this BrBa universe ends. It was fun & a great time all over 126 episodes and a film."

Someone else agreed: "Why do I like the Better Call Saul series finale more than the Breaking Bad series finale? Because no one says 'waving the weenie' in the Breaking Bad series finale."
