Netflix viewers are gripped by the sinister new series Devil in Ohio, with viewers saying it’s ‘so creepy’, ‘dark’ and ‘riveting’. Sounds good to me.
The eight-part thriller series, which landed on Netflix last week, centres on hospital psychiatrist Dr. Suzanne Mathis (played by Emily Deschanel) who helps protect a young patient and cult escapee Mae Dodd (played by Madeleine Arthur).
However, after taking the girl into her home she soon realises she’s put herself and her family in danger. You can check out the trailer here:
The series is based on Daria Polatin’s book of the same name and Polatin worked on the show - so if you happen to be a fan of the book then you’ll more than likely be very happy with the series.

"But the story naturally has a couple of questions at the end. Where did the cult go, and what’s going to happen with Mae and Suzanne?”
