The new House of the Dragon trailer just dropped, and let's just say Game of Thrones fans are in for a treat.
Ahead of the anticipated premiere this weekend, HBO dropped the new trailer, featuring shots of fighting, fire and ferocious dragons, all set to an epic adaptation of the GoT theme tune.
Have a look for yourself:
The trailer has received an excited reaction online, with one writing on Twitter: "This Sunday is going to be lit."

"Sunday feels like a year away," said another, while a third added (all in caps): "I AM SCREAMING."
Based on George R.R. Martinâs Fire & Blood, the upcoming spin-off is set 200 years prior to Game of Thrones.
Telling the story of House Targaryen when it ruled Westeros, the ten-episode first season will centre on the bloody civil war that became known as the 'Dance of the Dragons'.
Among the cast is Paddy Considine as King Viserys I, the fifth king of the Targaryen dynasty to rule the Seven Kingdoms.

In the trailer, he can be seen telling his daughter Princess Rhaenyra, portrayed by Emma DâArcy, that they are 'better defended' against 'whomever may dare to challenge' them.
Doctor Who star Matt Smith will also be appearing as Prince Daemon, Viserysâ younger brother, while Olivia Cooke takes on the role of Rhaenyra's childhood friend Alicent Hightower.
No doubt the new trailer will add to the conversations from fans who are hopeful House of the Dragon will make up for their disappointment over its predecessor's eighth and final season.

As said by one on Twitter: "From whatever trailers and few other snippets that have been released, House of the Dragon really looks promising! Game of Thrones fans seem to have finally come out of the season 8 shock."
Another wrote: "I wasnât sure how excited Iâd be for more #GameOfThrones after season 8 but man I canât lie #HouseoftheDragon is looking and sounding so good!"
Early reviews seem to suggest this will be the case, with some even claiming it's better than GoT and Breaking Bad.
Following a preview screening of its first episode, a writer for IndieWire said on social media: "Wow. Violent! Shocking! EPIC. Better than GoT & Breaking Bad. HBO does it again.

"This isnât just another fantasy show, itâs the BEST series ever made! Great action & music too. A fitting end setting up whatâs next."
House of the Dragon will be available to watch on HBO and HBO Max on August 21.
