James Gunn's take on Superman has finally revealed who will take over from the iconic Henry Cavill.
Warner Bros and DC Studios have finally picked their Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
And, without further ado, drum roll please... David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan.

Corenswet will take the reins from Cavill, who has played the caped crusader since 2013's Superman: Man of Steel.
The 29-year-old American actor earned a name for himself with his breakout role in Netflix’s The Politician.
You may remember Brosnahan from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

She won an Emmy Award and two Golden Globe awards for her performance in the series, which kicked off in 2017.
She also copped an Emmy nomination for Netflix’s House of Cards.
Superman: Legacy will tell the story of Superman, played by Corenswet, and his journey to come to terms with his Kryptonian heritage alongside his upbringing as a human.
He was brought up as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas, and is the platonic ideal of truth, justice, and living life the 'American way'.

According. to Yahoo, this means he is propelled forward by 'human kindness in a world that sees it as old-fashioned' and weak.
We would have said the 'American way' was just to own loads of guns despite there being a crisis of shootings.
Speaking of guns, DC bigwig James Gunn officially confirmed the massive movie news in a tweet.
