Kevin Malone's famous chilli recipe from The Office is here and we couldn't be more excited.
Ah, Kevin, a character that provokes arguably as much chaos as Dwight Schrute, without the malice.
And perhaps more infamous than Kevin is his chilli, a recipe for which has been passed down in his family for generations.

A chilli so impressive it warrants a comically large pot, which of course ends up all over the office floor.
Naturally, we all want to try our hand at making it, and now you can, as one TikToker discovered.
User @mckenziefloyd drew people's attention to the recipe, after her boyfriend discovered it on the streaming platform Peacock, NME reports.
Strangely, Kevin's famous recipe was listed by the streamer under the terms and conditions of the programme.

The TikToker told fans how her boyfriend noticed the recipe while looking through the app.
In the video, Floyd asks, 'I’m trying to figure out why the chili from The Office, the recipe, is on here in the terms of conditions with the instructions.'
And, not that we're complaining, but we were wondering the same thing.
Floyd then notes how the chilli recipe seems to just interrupt the terms and conditions, adding, 'Why was that necessary to put on here? And then it just goes back to the regular terms and conditions.'
The 'famous chilli' features in season 5, episode 26 of The Office (US).

In the episode, Kevin proudly brings a batch of chilli to share with his co-workers, saying, 'It’s a recipe passed down from Malones for generations – It’s probably the thing I do best'.
So, at this point, you're probably wondering what exactly the chilli recipe is?
Well, according to the terms and conditions on Peacock, it is: '4 dried ancho chilies, 2 tablespoons neutral oil (vegetable, canola or grapeseed), 3 pounds ground beef (80/20 or 85/15 lean), 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped, 6 cloves garlic, 1 large jalapeño, finely chopped,1 tablespoon dried oregano, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 (12-ounce) bottles of beer (lager or pale ale), 3 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed, 3 cups beef stock, 2 ½ cups chopped ripe tomatoes, 2 tablespoons kosher salt, Chopped scallions with shredded Jack cheese and sour cream, for topping.'
And honestly, we might have to give it a go, there's also instructions on how to cook the dish, which basically involves putting all the ingredients in a pot, cooking them off and then taking the recipe off the heat to stand for an hour, or over night, before reheating.

If it's good enough for Kevin, its good enough for us.
