Fans have been heaping praise onto one hidden Netflix gem that's seemingly flown under the radar.
The streaming juggernaut has boatloads of content at its disposal, and plenty of its original content has grown to be the most popular shows and movies of the past few years.
Shows like Stranger Things, Squid Game, and the live-action adaptation of One Piece have all taken the world by storm and made quick work in doing so/

However, sometimes movies and TV shows can be released and slip through the cracks a bit, leaving them to be discovered by the masses in the months and years after they first come out.
This was only kind of the case for Behind Her Eyes, a Netflix mini-series that was first released in 2021. While the show had a strong fanbase upon its initial debut, Netflix viewers have been sporadically discovering the show for the first time in the three years since it first landed on the streaming service.
Not only have fans discovered it, but they’ve also become fascinated by the series and its several twists and turns building up to what many have called both mind-blowing and heartbreaking ending.

Things take an even wilder twist as she forms an unlikely friendship with his wife.
The show has frequently come up as a topic of discussion on the r/NetflixBestOf Reddit thread, with many people finishing the show being absolutely amazed by its contents.

“I was heartbroken over the ending!” one commenter wrote, “I saw it two years ago when it first came out.”
“I finished it tonight and my mind is BLOWN!!” a more recent viewer of the series stated. “I’m glad I kept going. Definitely watch the whole thing.”
Others were less impressed with the series for one reason or another, with some noting that they disliked the show because it felt generally drawn out and didn’t start picking up until the last few episodes.

One critical commenter noted: “It would have been a really good Black Mirror episode, but way too drawn out for a series.”
The 2021 series featured six episodes, all of which had a runtime of roughly 50 minutes, with many saying that the final two episodes were by far the best of the series.
“You can't really catch the ending until episode 5 and 6,” explained a fourth commenter. “It appears like such a typical secretary cheating with boss story, and then, it just blows your mind at the end.”
