Fans of Netflix’s The Lincoln Lawyer are raving about the latest batch of episodes after it took the number one spot on Netflix.
Season two of the show recently made it to the top of Netflix’s top 10 English language TV charts after part one was released on July 6.
It displaced season three of The Witcher, if you’re interested.
Between July 10 and 15, the show racked up 8.3 million total views, accounting for 35.3 million hours viewed.

You wouldn’t need to be a top mathematician to know that is a lot of time.
That first metric is actually a new one for Netflix, who only recently started announcing the total views.
You take the hours viewed and divide it by the total run time of the show, and whatever number you get is the figure.
Season one of The Lincoln Lawyer has also entered the charts at number five, and the second half of this current season is set to go onto the streaming platform on August 3, where it will likely move to the top of the charts again.

Fans have been raving about the show on social media, with one writing: “The Lincoln Lawyer is the best series I’ve watched in a while.”
Another said: “Lincoln Lawyer is one of the best shows I’ve watched in while from Netflix.”
Adding a bit of context, a third said: “Lincoln Lawyer is really good so far and less ‘I’m the best lawyer but I’m always getting blindsided’ and more ‘I’m a great lawyer and I don’t sabotage myself every step of the way’”.

Someone else gushed: “Lincoln Lawyer is the best legal series I've watched.
“Nothing comes close.”
This series is based on Connelly’s book The Fifth Witness, so we can get a decent idea of what will happen.
In a short synopsis, the book’s publisher Little, Brown, and Company wrote: “In this #1 New York Times bestselling thriller, after taking on a foreclosure case, defense attorney Mickey Haller fights to prove his client’s innocence—but first he must follow a trail of black market evidence to its sinister end.

“Mickey Haller has fallen on tough times."
“He expands his business into foreclosure defense, only to see one of his clients accused of killing the banker she blames for trying to take away her home.
“Mickey puts his team into high gear to exonerate Lisa Trammel, even though the evidence and his own suspicions tell him his client is guilty.
“Soon after he learns that the victim had black market dealings of his own, Haller is assaulted, too -- and he's certain he's on the right trail.
“Despite the danger and uncertainty, Haller mounts the best defense of his career in a trial where the last surprise comes after the verdict is in.
“Connelly proves again why he ‘may very well be the best novelist working in the United States today’”.
