When it comes to shows deemed the best that Netflix has ever produced, that’s a lofty title to try and take.
Whether it be Stranger Things, Baby Reindeer, or a lesser-known banger like Russian Doll, you are competing with some of the best shows on TV from the past ten years to say that you're the best of Netflix.

One show, however, has been given that title by fans, and is even going as far as to say that it might be the best series of the last decade.
Don’t go in expecting a light watch though.
Despite technically being a ‘comedy’, this is a show that some viewers say will leave you ‘needing therapy’.
It’ll all be worth it in the end though, as it’s arguably a masterpiece, and that’s coming directly from me.

Yes, that one.
For the many who have seen it you will know, that after a slow-ish start – the show becomes one of the most harrowing and haunting portrayals of mental health.
Whilst that sounds like, well not a good time, don’t worry. Though the show gets incredibly heavy, it’s still an incredible watch which is often times very funny.
With an average score of 8.8 on IMDb, it is one of the highest rated shows on the site, alongside a score of 93 percent on Rotten Tomatoes - with an even higher audience score of 96 percent.

With five different episodes above a 9.5 average rating on IMDb, with one even having a 9.9, it's fair to say that it is universally loved.
One fan posted the show as an answer to a Reddit thread questioning the ‘best show of the last decade’.
Another said it was one of their 'favourite shows that premiered 2010 or later'.

Meanwhile on IMDb, a review of the show, in which they gave it a rating of 10/10, said: “Best show currently on television. At first, I thought it was another cartoon for adults only with poor drawings.
"But it's not. It's different. For one, the jokes are funnier and the sads are sadder. "The first season starts out more of a plain funny show, but beware this show will break your heart if you stick with it.”
A second review said: “Every episode is a truck load of emotions and you will require therapy.
"I binged it like crazy and I was left with nothing but emotional hollowness all around me. Every ending of an episode led me to contemplate about life.
"And then there were episodes which made me go all teary eyed."
If you want to sum up just how much we really aren’t exaggerating about this show, take this clip from TIME Magazine’s review of the show’s final season in 2019, in which they say of Bojack Horseman: “BoJack may be the most important-and beloved-animated series since The Simpsons."
So stop what you’re doing, read four more UNILAD articles (please), and THEN run to Netflix and watch Bojack - but make sure to have your therapist on speed dial.
