Jason Segel has detailed the X-rated five-word text he received from Harrison Ford after convincing him to join his new show.
Segel and Ford joined forces for AppleTV+'s Shrinking, with the first season dropping on the platform in January 2023.
The highly anticipated second season dropped earlier this month, with Ford and Segel reprising their roles.

Segel stars as Jimmy Laird, a bereaved therapist who is known for using unconventional methods to help his patients while also dealing with his own grief of losing his wife.
He takes advice from mentor and colleague Paul Rhoades (Ford), though it's certainly not all smooth sailing.
Prior to Shrinking, Ford was seemingly unaware of who Segel was, so it took some convincing to get the Indiana Jones star on board.

The production team told Ford to watch Forgetting Sarah Marshall to get an idea of what it would be like to work with Segel.
After seeing the comedy flick, Segel said Ford sent him a rather X-rated message.
"I'm in. BTW, good d**k," the veteran actor wrote, referring to a scene in the movie where Peter Bretter, Segel's character, comes out of the shower to be greeted by his girlfriend Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell).
She breaks up with him on the spot, with the camera showing a completely nude Segel as he tries to process the devastating news.

Segel added that he has the text 'printed and framed'.
While there is a lot of major talent involved with Shrinking, there's no questioning Ford is the biggest star involved.
UNILAD sat down with the series' creator Bill Lawrence prior to the release of season two earlier this month.

Lawrence dubbed landing Ford for the role as a 'career highlight'.
When asked by UNILAD if he was surprised about Ford coming on to the project, Lawrence said: "I thought it was a practical joke, right? Come on, it's nuts. If you'd have told 20-year-old me that I'm going to be making Indiana Jones sing Sugar Ray in a car... it's insane."
"He's so funny, he's so game, he's so inspiring. It's really cool," the creator added of Ford.
Lawrence went on to tell us Ford inspired the character of Paul in Shrinking, but he, Brett Goldstein, and Segel never expected the star himself to play the role.

The creator added: "We wrote a Harrison Ford-type in the script, and then Brett Goldstein and Jason Segel were like, 'What if he'll do it?' - it was just crazy."
"I still remember when he called me up."
