In an exclusive clip provided to People, Tammy was given tracheotomy, which is a surgical procedure that creates a hole in the throat to insert a breathing tube.
This could give her emergency breathing support at any time to help with the situations that led to her being rushed to hospital.
"I'm still here b***hes!" she exclaims.
In the teaser clip, Tammy can also be heard asking her doctor if she can get approved for bariatric surgery - a procedure that involves making changes to your digestive system to help you lose weight.

But the doctor said that she cannot have it yet due to the risks involved, adding that she would need to lose a significant amount of weight first.
Surgeon Dr Eric Smith said: "I told you Tammy, you have real risks," with her brother Chris adding: "If she doesn't get the surgery, she's gonna die because of her weight."
The reality star also went back in rehab to help with her weight loss journey, where she sparked up a romance with her now-husband Caleb Willingham.
