The good news is Amazon Prime has already renewed the show, but the bad news is we're going to have to wait a fair while – season three only just finished today, after all.
Speaking about the news, Vernon Sanders, head of global television at Amazon Studio, said in a statement published by Variety: “From our first conversation with Eric Kripke and the creative team about Season Three of The Boys, we knew the show was continuing to get even bolder."
He described this as an 'impressive feat' considering the success of the second season, adding: "The Boys continues to push boundaries in storytelling while also being relentlessly entertaining and threading the needle on social satire that feels all too real.
