As he was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, rapper Eminem has been congratulated by his estranged mother Debbie Mathers.
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, and his mother have famously not got along, with many of their disputes being in the public eye since the rapper rose to fame more than 25 years ago.
Despite that, Debbie has seemingly put her feud with her son aside to congratulate him on his latest achievement.

In a video posted to social media on Monday (7 November), Debbie applauded her son's achievement. Watch the heartwarming message below:
She said: "Marshall, I want to say, I could not let this day go by without congratulating you on your induction into the Hall of Fame.
"I love you very much. I knew you'd get there. It's been a long ride. I'm very, very proud of you."

It is fair to say Eminem and his mother have not had the best relationship, which stems back to Debbie having him at 18.
In one of his songs, the rapper claimed his mother did 'more dope than' he did, which led to Debbie suing him by claiming defamation of character.
The lawsuit concluded with Debbie receiving $25,000 - but most of it went to her lawyers.

At the Hall of Fame ceremony, Debbie was not in attendance for her son's emotional acceptance speech.
Speaking at the 37th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Eminem said: "I realise what an honour it is right now for me to be up here tonight, and what a privilege it is to do the music that I love, and the music that basically saved my life.
"So, I'm probably not supposed to actually be here tonight because of a couple of reasons.
"One of them that I'm a rapper, and this is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

"And there's only a few of us right now that have been inducted in already, but there's only a few of us.
The rapper then spoke on how he nearly died from a drug overdose in 2007 and how fortunate he feels to be in the position he is today.
He concluded: "I had to really fight my way through, man, to try and break through in this music, and I'm so honoured and I'm so grateful that I'm even able to be up here doing hip-hop music, man, because I love it so much."
