Madonna is being sued by a fan claiming they were ‘forced’ to watch ‘sexual acts’ during a Celebration World Tour concert.
The 65-year-old is currently embarking on her worldwide Celebration tour, with many of her fans coming out to see her.
And the tour has certainly been an eventful one, with Madonna calling out a fan in a wheelchair for not standing up being a particular talking point.

But now, Madonna has one of her fans suing her after she felt 'deceived' by her tour.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Justen Lipeles filed a class action suit against the singer in California on Thursday (30 May).
The concertgoer alleges that Madonna and promoter Live Nation 'lulled' concertgoers into buying 'expensive tickets'.

Alongside complaints about concerts not starting on time, the suit also listed the pop star of maintaining a 'hot and uncomfortable temperature' during her performance, which the fan claims the singer 'would lip-synch much of'.
The lawsuit also alleges that concertgoers were 'forced to watch topless women' simulate 'sexual acts' onstage during Madonna's concerts.
As per the documents, the plaintiffs are suing the singer and Live Nation for breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress, unfair competition and false advertising.
UNILAD has reached out to Madonna and Live Nation for comment.

It's the second time the 'Like A Virgin' singer has been sued by a fan this year, as another concertgoer filed a suit after Madonna was said to be 'showing up hours late for concert'.
Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden alleged that the 'Vogue' singer didn't take to the stage at Brooklyn's Barclays Center until 10.45pm on December 13, 2023 - two hours and 15 minutes after the scheduled 8.30pm start time.
As a result of the apparent delayed start, the show did not conclude until 1am, which left fans with 'limited public transportation, limited ride-sharing' options or 'increased public and private transportation costs at that late hour', according to lawyers Richard Klass and Marcus Corwin.

And Madonna's latest tour comes off the back of a health scare for the singer last year.
It was reported in June 2023 that the 65-year-old songstress had been rushed to hospital with a serious bacterial infection, and ended up in intensive care as a result.
Despite many fearing the worst, Madonna did make a full recovery and was able to commence her tour last year.
