A fan has gone to the police after being hit by Cardi B's microphone during a gig in Las Vegas.
The rapper was in the middle of singing her hit 'Bodak Yellow' when a concert goer threw their drink towards her.
Without a second's hesitation, she located the drink thrower and tossed her microphone in that direction.

A third wrote: "It looks like she was just throwing her hands in the air all crazy but forgot she had a drink in her hand."
A day after that viral moment, a fan has reported the incident to the police.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department released a statement to Variety that said: "On July 30, 2023, an individual came into an LVMPD police station to report a battery.
“According to the victim, she was attending an event on July 29, 2023, at a property located in the 3500 block of Las Vegas Boulevard.

"During a concert, she was struck by an item that was thrown from the stage.”
The outlet says it's unclear whether the person who reported the incident was the one seen in the video or if it was someone else who was also hit by the microphone.
Interestingly, PEOPLE says other videos from the concert show Cardi was actually asking for people to throw drinks at her.

The temperature in Las Vegas on July 29 was a whopping 108°F (42.2°C) and the 30-year-old rapper was heard saying to fans that she needed to cool down.
PEOPLE says the clips show her asking: "Splash me down...That s**t feel good. Put that s**t in my p***y, b***h. Come on."
However at the end of the concert, following the microphone throwing incident, she addressed why she was so upset at that one particular fan.
"I don't wanna look that ghetto, b***h. I said splash my p***y, not my face, b***h," she reportedly said.

Another viral video has showed the rapper launching her microphone at a DJ the night before this all kicked off, however it's unclear what sparked that incident.
