Justin Timberlake has spoke out in the wake of his recent DWI arrest.
Timberlake was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning (June 18), with his arraignment taking place the same day.
Reportedly the singer's car was seen skipping a stop sign in the Hamptons, sparking police to pull the vehicle over to discover Timberlake behind the wheel.
He claims to have only had one alcoholic drink on the night in question.

The 'Mirrors' hitmaker was then asked to perform a sobriety test, which the 43-year-old 'performed poorly', according to police. Timberlake proceeded to refuse a breathalyzer test, Page Six reported.
The source who spoke to the publication said that the officer didn't recognize the Friends With Benefits star, but Timberlake 'was a gentleman' despite refusing a breathalyzer.
Timberlake's mugshot went on to be released by police and quickly went viral online.
His arrest comes amidst his ongoing Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which he resumed in Chicago last night (June 21).

While on stage Timberland was greeted with a huge round of applause from fans which seemed to leave the singer quite emotional.
"We've been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights, and it's been a tough week," he told the crowd in an Instagram video that's doing the rounds online. "But you're here and I'm here, and nothing can change this moment right now."
Timberlake, who is married to The Sinner star Jessica Biel, went on: "I know sometimes I'm hard to love, but keep on loving me and I'll love you right back. Thank you so much."

According to court documents, Timberlake is next due in court in July 26. He will not have to attend the procedural date however, New York Post reports.
Meanwhile the singer is expected to continue his tour, which kickstarted in April.
He's due to perform on June 25 in New York's famous Madison Square Garden.

Timberlake will then take his tour international and is scheduled to perform in Krakow, Poland, on July 26.
It's unclear if his recent arrest will affect the rest of the tour as some countries, such as the UK, New Zealand and Japan, do not let you into the country if you have a criminal record.
But Timberlake is yet to be found guilty of any crime and his lawyer says he will be 'vigorously defending' the actor and pop star.
Edward Burke Jr told PA Media news agency on Wednesday (June 19), as per BBC News: "I look forward to vigorously defending Mr Timberlake on these allegations.

"I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney's office."
