Country star Zach Bryan has admitted he was ‘out of line’ after being arrested, having apologized for his actions in a statement on social media.
Bryan, 27, was arrested yesterday (7 September) in Vinita, northeast Oklahoma, according to jail records.
He was booked on an obstruction of investigation charge at 6.42pm at the Craig County Jail, where he had his mug shot taken, before being released on bond later in the day.

After the mug shot began ‘floating around’ on social media, Bryan took to Instagram and Twitter to issue a statement about what happened.
While he remained vague about the incident that landed him in jail, the singer did apologise to the officers who dealt with him, saying he felt 'frustrated in the moment’.
“Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I was out of line in the things I said,” he wrote.

“I support law enforcement as much as anyone can, I was just frustrated in the moment, it was unlike me and I apologize. They brought me to jail, and there is a mug shot of me floating around.
“Prayers we can all move on from this and prayers people know I’m just trying the best I can, I love you guys and I am truly sorry to the officers.”
He since seems to have taken it all in his stride, however, saying in a follow-up tweet: “STILL F**KN HIGHWAYING ACROSS THE COUNTRY OL SONS LETS GOOOO.”
Bryan later shared a video that saw him talking to the camera about the incident in further detail, saying he was an 'idiot'.

He explained that he'd been driving through a small town when an officer asked him for his address, but he didn't feel comfortable doing so, but eventually gave it over.
The next day, his security guard got pulled over so Bryan did the same - at which point another officer told him to get back into his car or he would go to jail.
"I get too lippy with him, he brings me over to his car," he said.

"And I just didn't help my situation at all, I felt like a child."
Bryan ended up getting more and more frustrated, 'mouthing off' to the officers, and was eventually taken to jail.
Other than the brief issue of getting arrested, it's been a fairly big month for Bryan, who recently released his fourth studio album, a self-titled record that he produced himself.
It includes his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 - 'I Remember Everything' featuring Kacey Musgraves - and also debuted atop the Billboard Hot 200 with the biggest streaming week for a rock album.
